Robert MaherPresident & CEO
Recently Robert served as the CEO and President of New York Cruise Lines Inc., one of the nation’s largest providers of sightseeing, entertainment, and dining venues. Robert E. Maher brings a wealth of client-focused operations and corporate financial experience to REMCO. As only the third CEO in Circle Line’s 65-year history, Robert was promoted from Executive Vice President/COO to CEO/President, delivering exceptional revenue performance and operations improvements for Circle Line Sightseeing and World Yacht.
Previously as the company’s CFO, Director of Finance and Corporate Controller, Robert deftly led the business during extremely difficult business cycles including 9-11 and the resulting halt of tourism. Notably, he orchestrated a successful turnaround plan and regained sales levels prior to 9-11. The company received a Department of Transportation Award for services rendered in the evacuation of over 25,000 people on 9-11.
Robert’s prior experience included positions as an Assistant Controller and Executive Committee member at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in New York, where he was trained in that company’s renowned Total Quality Management Program (TQMP).
Earlier in his career he earned his CPA while serving with Massotti & Massotti CPAs of Stamford CT.
William NaplesChief Financial Officer
William Naples joined Remco as Controller in January 1985. Mr. Naples is a long-time advocate of providing high quality service and value to our clients. In addition, he provides deep tactical and strategic insights to help guide Remco. Prior to joining Remco, Mr. Naples graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Masters in Business Administration. He was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in March, 1999.
Jerry Sullivan Vice President Of Operations
Jerry Sullivan is responsible for all operations and maintenance activities for Remco. He is the executive responsible for the Metal, Façade, Wood, and Marble Divisions, and building restoration, major building façade painting and refinishing operations. His long career covers work in award winning customer service organizations (multiple JD Power Awards for Customer Satisfaction) and operations covering several divisions.
Earlier in his career, he worked as a superintendent / manager in engineering and operations with Con Edison in New York City, and as manager/director of budgeting / finance / operations at General Public Utilities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. After leaving the utility industry, he was the executive or project manager on major projects in the United States, England, Argentina, Venezuela, and South Africa and recently was the executive director for 400 person capital systems project with a budget over $300 million. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a Masters of Business in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business Administration. He is also a graduate of the Army's prestigious Command & General Staff College. He recently retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserves where he was a project leader and team chief for planning and running major army exercises.
James DuBonVice President
James DuBon has been with Remco for over twenty years, starting his career as an Account Executive in 1989. In a relatively short period of time, Mr. DuBon acquired many premier accounts for Remco, most of which we still service today. In recognition of his exceptional selling skills, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 1994. Mr. DuBon’s knowledge of the industry and commitment to customer service has earned him numerous industry awards and acclamations. He presently serves on Remco’s executive management team and is a key player in determining strategies for its continuing success.
Mr. DuBon is most proud of the customer relationships he has formed over the years and continues to personally oversee all of his longstanding accounts. Mr DuBon has been instrumental in contributing to the extraordinary growth of the Facade and Masonry restoration services that Remco provides. His role on major projects includes client relations in senior project management, expenditure justification and methods direction. He has received numerous awards as an outstanding project and account manager.
Keith LocklearSenior Account Executive
Keith Locklear joined Remco as an Account Executive in the Spring of 2000. Mr. Locklear started his career in the architectural restoration industry with Stuart-Dean and gained valuable business experience through management positions in service business industries. Mr. Locklear’s customer roster includes several prestigious hotels in the New York area, as well as commercial buildings.
Mr. Locklear continues developing new accounts and servicing his existing customer base. Mr. Locklear is a true New Yorker and when he is not selling, he is playing baseball on one of his many teams.
Robert Brennan
Senior Account Executive
Robert Brennan joined REMCO as an Account Executive in the spring of 2005. He attended The American University where he was a four year varsity soccer player and two year captain. After a successful career as a professional soccer player Mr. Brennan gained valuable experience in sales and customer service at one of the largest medical supply distributors in the world, Henry Schein Inc.
Mr. Brennan is currently a Senior Account Executive and manages many hotels, residential and commercial buildings throughout New York City and Long Island.
Phyllis FedericiSenior Account Executive
Phyllis Federici has been a member of Remco's sales and support team since 1985. She joined Remco as Manager of the Billing Department, advanced to the Metal Department Operations group and thereafter to the Sales Group. She has worked closely with senior management in managing some of the largest and most important client relationships including Fisher Brothers, Adams & Co, the Pierre Hotel, the Ritz Carlton Hotel and the Rudin Organization.
She was the project manager for the Butler Library project at Columbia University and for the City Hall, New York restoration projects. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Baruch College.
Dimitri Pippis Information Technology Manager / Webmaster
Dimitri Pippis joined Remco LLC as an Information Technology Manager. He is responsible for implementing, troubleshooting and maintaining network infrastructure. His six years plus experience in the IT field consists of server installations, project management, desktop/help desk support, web design and large rollouts.
Dimitri began with IBM Global Services where he handled large data migrations and infrastructure upgrades: some of the names included are Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Prudential, and Port Authority.
